Scope - 3 phase AC coupled solar system with lithium backup power.

This residential project in Ikoyi, Lagos was developed for a client committed to long-term energy independence and reducing reliance on diesel and costly IPP grid power.

We approached the project in phases, starting with a battery-backed inverter system that allowed us to gather accurate load data through Victron’s Remote Monitoring platform. That data shaped the solar expansion that followed, resulting in a smart, high-efficiency system tailored to the home’s actual energy profile.

Today, the system powers over 70% of the property’s energy needs directly from solar, with grid use reduced to rare occasions.
This project is a strong example of how thoughtful design, data-driven decisions, and early planning can make off-grid living not just possible, but reliable.
